This highly regarded Legal firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to join the conveyancing / commercial property team in Cheltenham
The Ideal Property Lawyer will have good interpersonal and client skills, have excellent knowledge and understanding of conveyancing processes including complex and technical transactions.
They will be an experienced senior property solicitor with excellent drafting skills, used to dealing with an array of residential and commercial property matters, sales/purchase transactions, advising on freehold and leasehold transactions, acquisitions, disposals, leases, non-contentious landlord & tenant work, property finance and property development.
